  •  Dogs have feelings too. Incredibly deranged feelings.

  •  Get to the root of their loyalty, optimism and relentless chewing

If you've ever looked into a dogs eyes, you'll know that time stands still and tears begin to trickle down your overjoyed face as you both stare longingly into each other's souls. It's entrancing. Whether you realise it or not, dogs are our canine companions, our friends, mad humans trapped in little growling bodies.

We've never fully appreciated a dog's internal emotions. This is probably because when they're happy, they wag their tales. When they're nervous, they wag their tales. And when they're feeling apathetic, they wag their tails. I Could Chew on This brings these deranged doggy thoughts and ideas to the surface through the power of poetry.

Customer Reviews

Just received this today. Bought as a gift for a fellow dog person. Obviously been sneaking a peak, trying not to make it look used. It's very funny. You do have to own a naughty/interesting dog to appreciate the content. No good for someone with a dull well-behaved retriever. Too many photos of handbag dogs (rats) for my liking. Not cheap for the size of the book, but worth it. I might even buy another to keep for myself to read to help me see the funny side when my hounds go bad. It's a paws up from me.
