Its ok, but while I new it was small, when you actually see it - its really small, and I'm slightly doubtful how much it will really heat you up (given you can only fill a hot water bottle so much). Equally, the furry cover while very soft is super thin and flimsy (compared to the Boots plain furry bottle I bought a few years ago) - I also expect the velcro clasp to tear off as its only got light stitching. Overall, its ok and will make someone smile so I will keep it, but I'd have paid a few quid more to have the same design slightly larger and with a better quality cover. Sorry.
