Bought this as a gift for my fianceé and she absolutely loves it.. There are two gripes with it however... After about a dozen uses, the heated bean bag has degraded dramatically and smells. Also the velcro on the back to close up the bean bag once it's inserted is very rough and doesn't close the best. Would have been better with a small zip.
